At Frappa Coffee Co., we are committed to providing you with a seamless and prompt delivery experience for all your coffee needs. Please read through our shipping policy to understand our processes:

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • All orders are shipped using a tracked service, primarily through Royal Mail's 48-hour service.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
  • Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days from the date of shipping, depending on your location.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping rates apply based on the weight and destination of your order.
  • Free shipping is available on orders over £50.

Delivery Issues

  • If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve any issues.
  • Frappa Coffee Co. is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events, such as postal strikes, natural disasters, or customs clearance procedures.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within the United Kingdom & EU. If you are interested in placing an international order, please contact us for further assistance.
